NEW

We have just added Organic Cotton Crib Mattresses! These are only organic cotton. They do NOT need a Doctors prescription because they have an organic flame retardant added to them.  We have also added Air FlowOrganic Cotton Sheets. If you want nothing but organic cotton for your baby, these are for you!

Beware!

Many mattress manufacturers that make non-organic mattresses are now producing what they call organic mattresses. They are using organically grown and processed cotton. However, they are then adding non-organic finishes, and fire retardants. When looking at these mattresses be sure to ask what for a list of ingredients for the finishes and fire retardants.

Many stores are now featuring organic bedding. They are using organically grown and organically processed cotton, then adding non-organic finishes, non-organic fire retardants, and non-organic dyes. Don't be fooled just because they are advertised as organic. Here are some of the questions you need to ask. Keep your children and yourself safe and organic!

1.  What kind of dye is used for the color?

2. What is being used for the finish?

3. What is being used for the fire retardant?

4.  What are the ingredients of the dye, finish, and fire retardant.
